The length of each session is a clinical hour (50 minutes) unless longer or more sessions are needed.
- Short-term counseling (between 2-3 sessions) : Exploring hopes and goals for counseling and possible next steps, either for participating in ongoing longer-term psychotherapy with Dr. Lee, and/or exploring other options (e.g. referrals to other resources, including engaging other group therapies, meeting with another therapist who may be better match for helping you meet your goals, etc.)
- Longer-term counseling: number of sessions and frequency vary based on your clinical issues, needs, goals, and financial feasibility.
